Best Thai Restaurant in Dallas

I'm a pretty big fan of Thai food since I am crazy about noodles. I've had really good Thai food in New York City, but I have been struggling to find a great spot in Texas. I've had a few good places in Austin, but nothing that I was excited for or raved about. However, crushcraft Thai Eats in Uptown Dallas is hands down on of the best Thai restaurants I have been to.

They have many of the typical dishes you would find at a Thai restaurant. A variety of noodle dishes, rice dishes and also curries! I have yet to try the rice or the curry dishes, but I am super excited to try them one day.

We ordered the Phat Ke Mao: Drunken Noodle, OG Pad Thai, Fresh Roll, and a Cup of the Papaya Salad. Personally, I am a sucker for papaya salad because its always so crunchy and I love the texture. The flavor and the freshness of papaya salad also makes me feel super healthy! Paired with my noodle dish, it was a great addition to my meal.

Drunken Noodles are also my go-to Thai dish to order because I absolutely love noodles, but I also like a little kick and spice to my dishes. If you have a weakness to spicy, this may not be the best although I don't think it was too bad!

The spring roll was pretty good and what you would expect from the appetizer. It actually came individually wrapped which was nice to see. Everything was tailored for to be "fast casual" Thai food, but the taste and flavors would make you feel otherwise!

The pad thai dish was also just amazing. The proteins in both noodle dishes were chicken. I always feel a little worried when chicken is in dishes because it can be dry, but this place didn't have that problem.

They also mentioned that they are moving their location, but they won't be too far. Their new location is a couple of blocks away so you can still find your neighborhood Thai spot near by.

All in all, this place has stellar Yelp reviews and I couldn't agree more with them. If you're ever in Dallas, make sure you swing by this restaurant in Uptown! It will definitely be worth your time!
